Now in the Miami Design District, Pacific Time offers an enticing mix of Pan Asian elements with a palette of contemporary American flavors. The restaurant is located in an indoor/outdoor venue with a stunning Morris Lapidus-inspired bar and open kitchen. For the menu, renowned chef/owner Jonathan Eismann taps the region’s local fish and produce purveyors, keeping the menu fresh, seasonal and sublime with dishes such as sweet corn and leek soup with peeky toe crab dumplings, Asian duck salad, and skate with parsnip puree, among many others.
