Tuyo is the crown-jewel restaurant gracing the top floor of Miami Dade College’s new Miami Culinary Institute. Offering spectacular panoramic views of downtown Miami in a luxurious setting, MCI’s restaurant focuses on environmentally sound practices that draw upon both locally grown food and selections from the Institute’s edible organic garden. 

Featuring a trailblazing menu that re-imagines New World fusion and flavors under the direction of award-winning Chef Norman Van Aken, the ever-evolving menu celebrates Latin, Caribbean, Asian, African and American flavors with delectable dishes that showcase the finest ingredients in enticing combinations. The Miami Herald calls Tuyo a “unique and excellent new institute of higher dining.”
